Service Agreement

By engaging Maids 2000 for residential cleaning services, you agree to the following terms. Our services are provided on a non-contractual basis, meaning you are never obligated to continue service and may cancel at any time without penalty.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge based on an in-home assessment. Pricing is typically provided as a flat rate unless an hourly rate is specifically requested. Estimates are based on the condition and size of the home at the time of assessment. Significant changes in home condition may require an updated estimate.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Recurring cleaning appointments may be adjusted, paused, or cancelled at any time. We do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences and will communicate proactively about any changes on our end.

Access to Your Home

You may provide us with a key, entry code, or other means of access. All access information is kept strictly confidential. Our employees are bonded and insured for your protection. You are not required to be home during cleaning.

Insurance & Liability

Maids 2000 carries $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, $100,000,000 in workers compensation coverage, and a $25,000 surety bond on all employees. In the unlikely event of damage or injury, our insurance coverage provides full protection.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the concern promptly.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of cleaning services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment terms may be discussed during your initial estimate.
